Refund Policy
When you can have your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes to arrive.
Money-Back Guarantee
Every first subscription carries a 7-day money-back window. Tell us inside those seven days that it is not working for you and we refund the lot. We will not interrogate you about why.
Refund Eligibility
Four conditions, all of which have to hold:
- You ask within 7 days of the date you paid
- It is your first purchase here - the guarantee covers new customers, not renewals
- The account has not breached the Terms of Service
- You tell us what went wrong, so we can fix it for the next person
Non-Refundable Items
These fall outside the guarantee:
- Renewals of an existing subscription
- Anything asked for after day 7
- Accounts we have closed for breaking the terms
- Discounted or promotional plans, unless the offer says otherwise
- Trials, since no money changed hands
How to Request a Refund
The process, which is deliberately short:
- Write to us. Email help@smartiptvs.tv with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Tell us who you are. The name and email address the subscription sits under, plus what went wrong.
- We reply. Normally within a day, at worst within two.
- The money goes back the way it came, within 5 to 10 working days of approval.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, how long the money takes to land:
- Cards: 5 to 10 working days before it shows on your statement.
- PayPal: usually 3 to 5 working days.
- Crypto: cannot be reversed, so it cannot be refunded. Worth knowing before you choose it as a payment method.
Partial Refunds
We do not pro-rate. Once the seven days are up the payment is final, which is precisely why we push the free 24-hour trial so hard — it answers the same question at no cost and with no deadline attached.
Service Issues
Separately from the guarantee: if something is broken at our end and we cannot fix it within 72 hours of you reporting it, you may be owed a refund or a credit even if the seven days have passed. Ask us.
