About Smart IPTV
Smart IPTV is a subscription television service delivered over your internet connection instead of an aerial, a dish or a cable. It carries 18,000+ live channels and an on-demand shelf of 80,000+ films and series. The name is literal: it is built to run on the smart TV you already own, using a player installed from the TV's own app store, so for most people there is no extra hardware to buy.
When you subscribe we create a line on our servers and email you a username, a password and a server address. You install an IPTV player app on your TV or stick, type those three things in once, and the player pulls the channel list and programme guide down over your broadband. We are the service the player connects to, not the player itself, which is why you can pick whichever app suits your device.
About 10 Mbps per stream is enough for HD, 15 Mbps for full 1080p and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. If two people will be watching different channels at once, double it. Steadiness matters more than headline speed — a wired connection to the TV beats Wi-Fi, and if you can only use Wi-Fi, pick the 5 GHz band over 2.4 GHz.
We do not host or broadcast any channel ourselves; we provide access to streams carried on the internet. What is permitted varies from one country to another, and it is on you to use the service within the law where you live. If you have a copyright concern, our DMCA page explains how to raise it and our terms set out what the subscription does and does not cover.
Pricing
Pricing & Subscription Plans
One screen costs $25 for a month, $45 for three months, $65 for six or $90 for a full year. Adding simultaneous screens raises it — five screens for a year is $285, the most expensive plan we sell. Every plan carries the identical channel list and on-demand library. The pricing page shows every combination of term and screen count.
Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus the common online payment options. Card details are handled by the payment provider on an encrypted connection and never stored on our side. The line is created as soon as the payment clears and the login follows by email.
None. You buy a fixed block of time and it ends when it ends — there is no rolling contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee, because there is nothing to cancel. If you want to carry on at the end of a term you buy another one. Nothing bills you automatically.
There is a 7-day money-back window on every paid plan. If it does not work properly on your setup, email us inside those seven days and we will refund you. We would rather you used the free 24-hour trial first, though — it costs nothing and answers the same question before any money changes hands. Full detail is on the refund policy page.
Devices
Device Compatibility & Setup
Samsung TVs on Tizen and LG TVs on webOS, which between them cover most sets sold in the last several years; Android TV and Google TV, including the Nvidia Shield; Amazon's Fire TV Sticks and Cube; iPhone and iPad on iOS 14 or newer; Windows and macOS; and Infomir MAG boxes from the 250 up to the 424. Anything that accepts an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login will work. The setup guide has instructions per device.
IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest starting point and runs on nearly everything. TiviMate is the better choice on Android TV and Firestick if you care about the programme guide. OTT Navigator is a strong all-rounder on Android, GSE is the usual pick on iPhone and iPad, and VLC will play an M3U link on a laptop. Samsung and LG owners can also use the SIPTV player sold through their TV's own store. All of them accept our login.
That is set by your plan, from one screen up to five. You can install the player on as many devices as you like and sign in on all of them — the limit only applies to how many are actually playing at the same moment. A one-screen plan is fine for a couple who watch together; pick three or five if different rooms want different channels at once.

Yes, and it is the whole service for 24 hours, not a sample: every channel, the full on-demand library and the programme guide. We ask for a name and an email address, take no card details, and set the line up by hand before emailing it to you. Request one here.
It stops working, and that is all that happens. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan, no bill and nothing for you to cancel, because we never took a payment method. If you want to continue you go and choose a plan yourself on the pricing page.
Technical
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Nearly always the connection rather than the channel. Test your actual speed at the TV, not on a phone in another room. Move the TV onto a network cable if you possibly can. Check whether something else in the house is saturating the line — a game console downloading an update will do it. If you run a VPN, try switching it off, since a distant VPN server adds far more latency than most people expect. If one specific channel stutters while everything else is fine, that is on us, so tell us which one.
Email help@smartiptvs.tv, or use the form on the contact page. We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within 24 hours, usually faster. If you are reporting a fault, send your device, the player you are using and the exact wording of any error — that alone often saves a day of back-and-forth.
It works with the mainstream VPN providers and some people prefer to run one so their ISP cannot see or shape the traffic. The trade-off is speed: every VPN adds latency, so choose a server physically near you rather than one on another continent. If you start buffering after turning a VPN on, that is the cause. A VPN will not unlock a channel we do not carry.
Yes. A full programme guide loads automatically in players like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and OTT Navigator, showing what is on now, what is next and several days ahead, so you can browse by time or channel and set reminders. On top of that we publish tonight's live sport on the , which you can read without subscribing.
